  • Account information: Your name, email address, and encrypted password when you create an account.
  • Assessment responses: Your answers to the 32 assessment questions, including any “I’m not sure” responses.
  • Assessment scores: Calculated scores across four categories, dimension analysis, and detected patterns.
  • Action tracking data: Your self-reported status on recommended techniques (tried, helped, didn’t help).

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

  • Provide personalised assessment results and recommendations
  • Track your progress over multiple assessments
  • Detect patterns and generate diagnostic insights
  • Enable action tracking on recommended techniques
  • Provide aggregated, anonymised platform insights to administrators

We do not sell, share, or distribute your individual assessment data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Authentication uses JSON Web Tokens (JWT) with server-side validation.

5. Data Retention

Your assessment history is retained for as long as your account is active, enabling long-term trend analysis. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and assessment history
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
